Apartment very close to SLCC Redwood campus, looking for roommate! $/month total for half of the unit (rent, fees, and utilities). I am in my late-twenties, female, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+. I have a professionally trained service dog, a Czech-German shepherd. At home he is very loving, playful, and social and only barks when guarding the house. We are pet friendly.
I’ve lived here since April and I like it, I just have more space than I need and would like to save money, so I’m looking for a roommate. The whole apartment is square feet. In the photo I posted of the floor plan, blue is the side you would have to yourself, yellow is what would be a shared space with me, and purple is my side. It is mirrored in the video. I can post/ send pics of the bedroom soon, it’s just currently my office. You’d have a bedroom with a connecting full bathroom and walk-in closet. There’s a big kitchen and living room with a coat closet and laundry machines in that common area. Right now for the whole place I pay $ per month total for rent and fees. It comes with WiFi, trash valet, and a nest-type of system. There are a lot of amenities like pool and gym, you can see those on Sage Valley Apartments , along with other info like pets. Utilities on average are another $ total per month. Renters insurance is $ total per month. That is all of the total costs. I would charge you less than half since my side of the apartment is slightly bigger and since I would use the one parking garage space we’re allowed. There is plenty of unassigned parking outside. The $/mo I’ve listed would be the total you contribute for everything. I have a TV with Roku and you’d be free to use my subscriptions on it if you want. No cis men, sorry. I’m fine with people vaping or drinking, but no smoke inside. I don’t mind guests as long as there’s communication. Hmu with interest or questions!
