Hi! My name is Connor (single/male/) and I’m looking for a roommate. I live in a bath apartment in the Fairwood Apartments complex in Coeur d’Alene and am looking to find some of the bedrooms. The available room comes with a walk-in closet. The shared living space includes a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and outdoor patio. The apartment complex includes a shared laundry room and a gym.

I work full time in customer service and am involved in a local church. I enjoy gaming and being outdoors, as well as a few different creative outlets. In my spare time I'll try to catch up on a good book, work on a creative project, or go hit up a park/trail.

An ideal roommate would be a single male or female professional in their s. Someone who can appreciate a relaxed environment. The offer is for one single person, so no couples moving in together. Max occupancy for the apartment is two residents.

This offer is for a 6-month lease sign-up, not a month-to-month. The lease expires at the end of April .

I already have an indoor-only cat, so no additional animals.
