Hi, I am looking for an unfurnished room in a tidy apartment with central air and garage parking options. I am generally quiet, keep to myself type but can talk a lot about topics of interests and engage in conversation if people are interested. I would like to be able to have a pet or pet sit a cat on occasion but it’s not a dealbreaker. I would prefer a place with central air and with laundry options on-. Preferably in or around Pasadena or Glendale. Open to East Los Angeles and other nearby locations if the place is modern and not an old building. Budget is based on expected utilities and other fees. I would be flexible based on amenities. I am clean in common areas and do not like to leave food or dirty dishes. I have a workout bench so a spacious room would be nice.
