The apartment itself is right next to North-campus (5 minutes walking) in Yugo Central, has its own study lounge, gym, hot tub, and various common areas including a free coffee bar. The unit ( bath) has its own bed and is furbished with a desk and drawer while also having its own closet, personal bathroom and stand up shower. The apartment is also coed and shared with 3 of my friends that are really good and chill people (2 girls, and 1 guy). Washer and dryer are included in the apartment and are next to the living room. Home has its own kitchen as well and is shared with a cat (incase of allergies).

Renters insurance is needed for the property (I pay $ through Yugo) and parking is paid for ($/month). The building is a non-smoking building and has very lax "quiet" hours past pm. The complex also charges a "prenium upgrade" fee that's due to the new repairs and upgrades around in the building. ($). No responsibilities for the tenant other than keeping your living space livable. :)
