Utilities included! I own a bath home in the Berkeley lake area of Denver (only minutes northwest of downtown). I live right off of so it is extremely easy to jump on the highway and head to the mountains. Arvada and Westminster are only about min away and are both great areas with cuteshops and restaurants. The room for rent has its own entrance and private bathroom. The closet was redone with container store to give ample space for your belongings. The carpets were recently removed and there are hardwoods throughout the home. Only two bedrooms are utilized for sleeping my while the third is an office/workout room. There is a washer and dryer in the home in the basement. The basement also has plenty of storage space. The kitchen and living room are a shared space. All kitchen appliances, plates, cups, Tupperware, utensils, etc. are able to be used by the tenant. You are also free to utilize the peloton and free weights that are in the workout area. There is a large couch and TV in the living room. The TV has Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, Amazon prime, etc. The Berkeley lake area is EXTREMELY safe. It is also close to many cute/fun restaurants and bars. Tennyson street is less than a mile away and is a very cute area with shops, cafes, and restaurants. I have a 5 year old boxer lab mix that still thinks he is a puppy. He loves the gated in front yard! He is extremely friendly and well behaved. This listing is dog friendly!
