Hello everyone! I am moving out, so I am looking for a female to take my spot at Siena Apartments. I am moving out because I will be staying with my cousin. The room is a shared master bedroom. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All 3 other housemates are female De Anza students.

The rent is $ per month and the deposit is $. The utilities fee(electricity, water, wifi) is divided by 4 people at the end of the month. You will be living with a roommate. Move in date would be th October so as soon as possible.

It is 6-minute drive to De Anza. 5-minute walk to Hmart. -minute walk to Trader Joe’s. 3-minute walk to the bus stop and minutes bus to De Anza college.

Amenities Included are
Gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, private park and children's park
There is an in-unit washer and dryer.

You will have to share the microwave, fridge and cabinets outside. There is a balcony too. The neighborhood is safe and quiet plus there are many De Anza students living in this apartment.

My roommate is really chill, and she does her own stuff. She’s very responsible too.
