LOOKING FOR SUBLET/LEASE TAKEOVER FOR WINTER SEMESTER (FEMALE ONLY)!

Hi everyone! I'm subletting my room for the Winter semester (Jan st). (With possibility to take over the lease).

The house is in a great location; only a 3 minute walk to campus, the gym, and the downtown area! There are already 5 other girls living here, all in 2nd year, who like to go out together, have movie nights and overall have fun! Everyone respects their own space but is always in for a chat!

There are two bathrooms, a big kitchen with new appliances (including a dishwasher), and a spacious living room. There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen as well. Rent is $ / month not including utilites but they’re fairly reasonable each month! The room comes fully furnished for an additional price!
