Amenities( in the apt): Bedroom with private bathroom and closet. Furniture included. Utensils, pots, etc are free to use in the kitchen. Oven included. Large space in the living room.

Parking: FREE!

Commute: mins walk to bus stop (line mins to City Creek and mins to the U (in the bus). 3mins drive to I-, very convenient.

Amenities (community) and nearby: gym and pool available (check the of The Grove Apartments) mins drive to Lucky, a relatively low-cost grocery.

Requirement: Keep quiet at midnight. Washers and dryers can only wash clothes! No shoes, balls, or any non-clothes in them! Proof of income (or bank statement) is needed for the leasing office to
screen. No pets and no smokes!

Roommates: Two master's students at the University of Utah, male, Chinese.

Move-in fees: dollars application fee + dollars processing fees. You pay this and the refund of security deposits will be yours. (We paid dollars of deposit, each, so hopefully the refund should cover most of the move-in fees.)

Special offerings: You get 1 month of free rent if you sign the lease before Oct (you will only be responsible for rent starting Feb.1. Signing earlier does not have any impact because your lease will become effective starting Jan.1).
