Rent Negotiable 6-month Lease

I am looking for someone to take over the last 6 months of my lease around October or November as I am moving for work. The process just involves you applying like normal and getting approved by the apartment complex. Any fees related to the early termination of my portion of the lease will be paid by me, and I have already paid the security deposit, so you wont need to pay that either.

The apartment is bath with in-unit washer and dryer. You can see the floorplan here. The apartments also have 1 assigned cover parking area and ample uncovered parking (1 and a half spots per unit.) We have never had issues with parking.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and have absolutely loved it.

The rent it $ + the usual additional fees (like internet, water, etc) that ends up totaling to $ excluding gas and electric. This is then split with 1 other person living here.

My current roommate would be staying for the remainder of the lease, so I am looking for someone to move in with him.

He is a nice, clean guy in his early 's who mostly keeps to himself and is usually at work most of the time. We've lived together for a couple of years now and have never had any issues.

He does have a dog, Indigo, but she is incredibly well behaved and is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet.
