I have one furnished room, $ all utilities or if you need additional space, I will rent both rooms for $. The second room is a flex room ( no closet) but it can be used as your own private TV/living area. Both rooms are the same size. It’s like having your own studio apartment. Rooms are meticulously clean. The layout of the condo allows for your own personal privacy. Pool and gym on . Durbin Creek shopping and Baptist South about 3 miles away.

Am flexible on price and stuff. My best friends moved back to California with their parents because of financial issues. I travel for work and am gone 3 weeks out of the month. I have the master room and it is on opposite side of other rooms. 3 rooms to chose from and you get your own bathroom. Super nice and safe area. Hi there! We will have a Jack & Jill coming available (rooms connected through shared bathroom). Our current roommates are a couple and they used one space as their bedroom and the other as an office/living room! You’re more than welcome to use our living room but they just wanted their own little space! Our current roommates are moving out so this space will be available after Nov. 4th! We do have 3 dogs and a bunny so pet friendly is a MUST. We do occasionally ask for help with the pets but that’s totally not required, just a huge plus!
