I’m looking for another female roommate for my apartment (no straight men or straight couples). Rent above is total cost with utilities per month. You will have to get approved via the leasing office. Lease renews early December. Must not be allergic to cats and ok with them. No pets. You will have your own bathroom and bedroom and key set. Kitchen includes electric stove, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a built in washer/dryer. There is a porch with a storage closet as well. Community facilities include: a spa style pool, large lounge area, free coffee in leasing office, a large gym, and movie theatre.
