I am looking for someone to take over my lease, which ends on August 5th, 2027. Movein date is negotiable; I do not have a set moveout date yet. Rent is $1,400, not including utilities. Utilities will need to be discussed with the other roommate duringpost movein. One other person lives here in bedroom 2; she is very sweet and quiet. She also has a dog and a cat. There is a hugeee backyard with a shed and a nice patio. Bedroom 1 has become a large craftstudy room, and bedroom 3 has become a room for animals, but all are subject to change when discussed with other roommate!
Pets are allowed, but need to be cleared by property management (Kevco)
