The apartment is 2 bed, 1 bath above the Buttermilk & Honey restaurant off of 5th and Grace. 415 East Grace Street on the 4th floor. Im a 30 year old working fulltime and looking for someone (femalenb) who is tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and values communication. In my free time I like to go boxing and play videogames. Ideally Id like someone around my age, but if we vibe, then thats what really matters! Details:

There is a parking garage 2 blocks away that most tenants pay monthly to use
