Looking for 2 roommates to move in starting 11/15 until 5/31/26 to finish my lease!
- Utilities included in rent
- 2 bedrooms available ($650 each room, will be cleaned and move in ready by 11/15)
- Only one other roommate (myself) w/ 2 cats that stay in my room the majority of the time
- No smoking in house
- Max 1 pet per person (it must be friendly around cats, no extra pet fees)
- Shared bathroom (between the 2 rooms being rented)
- Shared kitchenliving space - Kitchen has all major appliances
- Living room will be unfurnished for now
- Fenced in backyard
- 1 car garage - 2 car driveway and one street parking spot (I can take the street spot) - Laundry on site
- Quiet neighborhood with a pond

I will be in my room the majority of the time and working the rest. I am a hermit, so you will not be bothered by me much!
