Im a very chill guy (36), African- American, into music and fitness apartment looking to fill the second room! ☺️ Ideally looking for someone close to my age, that doesnt smoke, keeps the common spaces clean, doesnt bring the party home but will occasionally do things from time to time. Male preferred. The apartment is located close to the 2/5 Church Ave stop, grocery stores, coffee shops, gyms, bars and delicious Carribbean restaurants. The building has laundry downstairs and an accessible roof. The room available is smaller of the two but faces great views and is next to our shared balcony. Its super quiet and doesnt face street traffic.
