Your room would come with a queensized bed and bed frame, a nightstand, and a spacious closet. The sticker price is $1172 a month plus utilities, but we may be willing to negotiate for the right candidate. You would be joining a lease that lasts until July 2027; we are still waiting to hear back from the leasing company about whether or not you would need to pay any up front costs.
