The available bedroom is on the north side, away from the street, and comes unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished a decorated, and the kitchen was recently renovated. Any prospective roommate must love cats; the apartment is home to a 14 year old Siamese-snowshoe mix named Nami. The apartment is conveniently located steps away from the Bergen St. 2/3 Station and minutes away from Atlantic Avenue Barclays Center Station (BQ/DNR/23/45/LIRR).
