$1000/m sublease - end of December

Description

Hi, my name is Emily. I am a 20-year old student looking to sublease my room in San Diego. The monthly rent is $1000 and the room is available on end of December or early January through the end of May. It would be a fully furnished bedroom within a spacious 1,710 squarefoot house. The home is shared with four respectful, quiet SDSU students: three women and one man. We also have an adorable, friendly cat that is litter box trained!
