Hello, I am looking for a room to rent on October 18th for about a year. I am a military male that will be only utilizing the room and bathroom as well as utilities. My budget would be 400 dollars a month plus helping with utilities. I will not be around much throughout the day because of work and am only looking to rent the room for sleep / day off recovery.
