A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 floor apartment bedroom apartment in the heart of Dover. It is fully furnished except for the spare bedroom. Located right in front of the Dover train station for easy commute to the city. This apartment has laundry in unit, updated appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove and uses central air. Rent is $950 a month. Electric, gas, and wifi are not included. Parking would be at the train station right behind the apartments which would cost around $70 every 3 months split between us two. It is a 1.5 bath and the apartment overall is very spacious. No smoking or pets allowed. No couples allowed.
