You want full house privileges and to be able to call the house your home for a while. We have the place for you. The entire place is fully furnished: • Your bedroom: queen bed, expensive mattress, sheets, blankets, pillows, comforter, towels, desk
• Living / dining room: leather furniture, 65” TV, dining table, barstools
• Kitchen: pots, pans, silverware, cookware, glasses, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker, EVERYTHING
• Patio: outdoor seating, umbrella, and Bar-B-Q grill • Mini gym in garage: stair stepper, heavy bag w boxing gloves, bench press, weights, mat, dumb bells
• Storage in the garage: 3 cabinets and some shelves for your storage needs.
• Utilities: owner pays electricity, gas, water, garbage, and internet
• Location, location, location: 3 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks to harbor, 5 blocks to Oceanside village, 6 blocks to the pier, 8 blocks to train station.
• EV charger in the private garage
• Community hot tub You have just one bill: $1400 per month prorated from when you move in. If you do the math on utilities and move in readiness, this is a good value!! More about your new roommates: We are working professionals, so we get up and go to work in the morning. Consequently, we need it to be quiet in the evenings during the week. We are very active and spend a lot of time outside the house. If this sounds like something that would fit your lifestyle, we look forward to meeting you.
