Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom + Garage Parking — October Rent Paid!
Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease beginning October 1. The lease runs through May 1, 2027. The available room is the master bedroom and includes:
-A private, non-shared bathroom with a standing shower
-A walk-in closet
-Guaranteed parking in the attached two-car garage
-Plenty of additional storage throughout the townhome The home also features an in-unit washer and dryer, a patio, multiple closets, and a walk-in pantry/dry-food storage area. You would live with two roommates who are friendly, clean, and respectful. One roommate does have an ESA dog, she’s very well behaved and nice. Monthly costs:
Base rent: $785
Rent with required property fees: approximately $860
Total with utilities: approximately $925 at most
Renters insurance is already paid through the end of the lease Move-in incentive: If you move in at the beginning of October, I will cover your entire October rent—a savings of up to $925! There is a $250 lease-transfer fee to be added to the lease. I have genuinely loved living here, but the commute to both school and work has become too far for me.
