Your room and private bathroom are tucked away in their own wing of the house! So you get your own space and privacy, without sacrificing the warmth of a welcoming household. 💰 RENT: $1,200 + utilities OR $1,350 flat (utilities included!) 📅 MOVEIN: Ideally November, but December 1st works too! ✨ WHAT YOU GET: 🛏️ Private, unfurnished bedroom in a separate wing of the house. Can provide some furnishing for temporary use or buyout if needed. 🚿 Your very own private bathroom wfull tub 🚗 Plenty of parking; personal driveway space + 🌳 Large back yard; space to garden, relax, exercise, etc 🏡 Quiet, peaceful suburban neighborhood 🐈 Three resident cats who have graciously agreed to let us rent out part of their house ❤️ A friendly household where you can actually feel at home! 🌿 OUR HOUSEHOLD VIBE: Were peaceful, welcoming, and pretty laidback. Were not a party house, but we enjoy having fun and making our home a comfortable place for everyone. We believe everyone should contribute fairly to keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. No ones looking for a housekeeper, just a considerate roommate who does their part! Guests are welcome within mutually agreedupon boundaries, including restrictions on unfamiliar visitors and overnight male guests. 🌈 WHO WERE HOPING TO FIND: Were especially hoping to connect with women and LGBTQ+ individuals who are looking for a safe, inclusive, friendly living environment.
