3 bed/3 bath condo

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a roommate or 2 to share a 3 bed/3 bath condo located in Little River. Ideally looking for a female between 25-35 years old who is laid-back, respectful, responsible, and clean! I There is no dogs per the HOA for renters, however I do have an 8 year old dog named Lucky who lives here because he was grandfathered in a few years ago for these condos. There’s a private bedroom with a walk in closet & bathroom available & a bedroom w a closet. (3rd bathroom is in the hallway) I’d like someone who is okay with occasionally having friends over or hosting small get-togethers, while still being respectful of each other's schedules and space! One room would be unfurnished while the other one has a queen sized bed & wardrobe. What’s included:
