Chill camp vibes lake house

Looking for the perfect addition to our drama free home. Vibe is the most important thing. NO DRAMA. We are looking for someone social and friendly that likes fishing out on the dock, tinkering/projects, hanging out for movie nights, or wants to be part of our weekly cookouts and potlucks - if you don’t cook, we could always use help with dishes! If you’re big into sports, this may not be a good fit because we have a no sports on the living room TV rule - not even SUPER BOWL. We have plenty of parking, no HOA, 2.5 acres on a cute little fishing hole, a big old fire pit, lots of outdoor seating, a dock shaded by old growth oak trees, and a small art studio to share. You are welcome to have guests, occasional overnight guests, and even throw small parties. We all take RESPONSIBILITY to keep things clean, treat each other with RESPECT, and pay rent ON TIME. If you suffer from main character syndrome, can’t take ACCOUNTABILITY for your actions and work together with people, this is not going to be a good fit. The room is available furnished or we can move things out to make room for your stuff. The bathroom is shared with two clean guys, so you have to be clean and help clean the space regularly. Medical marijuana is used in this home, so if you aren’t ok with that, this is not going to be a good fit. This is a TOBACCO FREE HOME with 3 ex-
smokers that will not tolerate cigarettes on property. Right now we’ve got 3 guys living here - a tech nerd, a gearhead, and a dnd DM. I am the one woman, the Lady of the Land - a burner tattoo artist who is also known as HR and Camp Counselor. I keep the boys in check so they don’t burn down the house or get the cops called 🤭. I could really use another woman out here to help me balance the testosterone, but gender does NOT matter - sorry, NO COUPLES! Also we are at max capacity for pets, with one friendly but skiddish cat and one enthusiastically friendly dog. We just want one other cool person to share our Camp with!
