Two bedroom, two bath upstairs apartment, with in unit laundry, located off Snyder. Roommate would have access to private front bedroom, shared living space, and private bathroom, the washer and dryer are located in the front bathroom so this would be shared for laundry purposes only. Potential roommate would have to be vetted by the owner of the property as this is a private unit. Rent is $1100, roommate would be responsible for $500 a month, plus half of all utilities. I am 65 years old and live an active life, between work and family I do come and go quite a bit. I do have guests over occasionally and would be respectful towards you doing the same! 😊 Ideal roommate would be someone with a similar lifestyle, age is not important, but maturity and stability are! Cleanliness/respect of shared spaces is also important to me. Roommate situations can be challenging, ideally I’d love to share this space with someone who is able to communicate any concerns/issues directly with me in a healthy fashion! I do enjoy socializing, but respect boundaries, I’d like to be able to casually interact when schedules align. I look forward to connecting with you!☺️
