Moving to COS for Hotel Sales Role

Hi! I’m relocating to Colorado Springs for a new full-time hospitality sales position and am looking for a comfortable room and a good roommate situation. I’m currently planning for an October 5 move-in, depending on whether my new employer provides temporary hotel accommodations when I first arrive. I’ll be coming to Colorado Springs in September to begin my new position. I’m a working professional in my 30s and am clean, respectful, responsible, friendly, and easy to live with. I enjoy having a home that feels comfortable and relaxed, and I’m social but also appreciate personal space and downtime. I’m looking for a private room around $900/month, ideally with utilities included or close to that range. A clean, safe, LGBTQ+ friendly household is important to me, and I’d especially like somewhere with reasonable access to downtown Colorado Springs. I have stable full-time employment and can provide employment verification or references if needed.
