This is a 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath apartment (2,322 sq ft total), and you'll share the home with 5 other residents. Rent is $845/month, and utilities plus WiFi are included. You'll also have access to an in-unit washer and dryer. Lease terms are flexible: a 1-month minimum, then continue month-to-month or switch to a weekly rate of $253.50 (Sunday–Saturday, 4+ days billed as a full week). House rules: outside smoking only, no pets. Moving in requires a $400 security deposit, a $55 non-refundable application/background-check fee, and a $150 administrative fee. This is a 55+ age-restricted community — applicants must meet this requirement to qualify.
