Utilities are included. Has all the perks of rural living while still being 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte. Garden space and raised beds to grow vegetables/herbs in the spring. Pond in the back which isn't part of the property but makes it nice and scenic. Hard to find a home with this much space and privacy so close to Charlotte.
