Looking for ESA friendly home

Hello, my name is Gale and I'm a 22 year old trans man and I'm looking for a place to live with my ESA dog and my tarantula. I was supposed to move in with someone later this month but it fell through because I didn't meet the landlord's income requirement. I only make a bit over $1000/month, so the most I can pay is around $700/month and I cannot meet a 3x income requirement for most places. My dog is incredibly friendly and well behaved, and he goes with me to work so he's not usually home without me for long hours, and he is kennel trained. My tarantula just lives in a tank and you never have to see her if you don't want to. Because I'm trans, I'd like to avoid the Kansas side if possible, but I want to stay close to the state line because I work and go to church in KCK. I am open to being friends but am also totally okay keeping to myself and leaving you alone.
