Roomate wanted

Description

Independent leases in a two bed, two bathroom apartment. Bedrooms have private baths and walk in closets. Room comes with a bed, dresser, and nightstand and there's already living room furniture. Apartment complex has a shitty gym, gymnasium, two dog parks, pool & hot tub (closed now for the year), W/D and dishwasher in unit Complex is quiet. Electricity is paid through the complex and we get a cap. So we have to pay the difference when we go over the cap which is divided evenly. Internet is in my name and is 80.90. We split that evenly.
