(2027) ⭐️ (you do not need to be a ucf or college student i work full time time and did online college somewhere else while living here)! the lease is from January 1st 2027,- July 31, 2027. with the option to renew at the $849 value! This is a 4 by 4 apartment ( 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms) with your own bedroom and bathroom apartment and bedrooms fully furnished. ⭐️ In unit washer/ dryer! There are 2 other roomates who are girls attending ucf! LGBTQ friendly and cat friendly! You have your own bathroom and share the kitchen/ dining room. The living room is fully furnished with a couch tv, dining room table, and chairs This is Boardwalk Apartments and it’s located directly next to ucf! 11801 Boardwalk Dr, Orlando, FL 32826 The $849 DOES include all utilities and bills!there are no other extra charges or fees there are occasional overages only being $2-$3 per month but that doesn’t happen too often.
