Second floor living space for rent.

Description

I would like to rent out my second floor, it would include a bedroom, bathroom and living room. The kitchen and laundry area would be shared. Quiet neighborhood. I’ll pay the utilities unless you set the thermostat lower than 72 or take hour long showers. Includes one off street parking spot and I’d make room for another bike if you ride! I have my kids about half the time they are teenage boys but are cleanish and respectful. Pets are negotiable I like dogs and have a yard they could use. Depending on how well behaved they are
