Looking for queer-friendly roommate

Hey all, I’m Cora (she/her)! 🧗🏻♀️I’m an educator and climbing guide looking for a queer-friendly roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment in central Boulder. The address is 3135 Arnett, and rent would be $1,950 split between us. I’m originally from Minnesota, but I just got a job at Boulder Rock Club as an instructor, and I’m looking to make the move to Colorado to be closer to the mountains for recreation and work. I do have two sweet cats I’ll be bringing along with me, so other pets likely wouldn’t be possible😊 I love getting to know new people, and I’m excited to meet others in the LGBTQ+ community here in Boulder!
