All-in for master bed/full bath including utilities in separate wing of my 4 bed/3 bath home in Lake Highlands/North East Dallas. I work 9-5 weekdays and tend to stay busy in the evenings/weekends. I’ve enjoyed taking care of maintenance/yard work and have been making improvements to the place and will continue to make these throughout! If needed can support max 1 more roommate (3 total including myself), considering I have 3 full baths - no need to worry about sharing! Very close to white rock lake, 15 from downtown, very convenient quick access to 635/75/NW Hwy/etc.
