Seeking female tenants only for furnished room in a very clean, smoke & drug free home, in a quiet & safe neighborhood. It includes: Queen size bed, linens & towels, sizable closet with storage bins & laundry basket, a private bathroom with closet & under sink storage area. Also, individual refrigerator, kitchen, dinning room, back patio & laundry room access. Parking space included. My daughter is currently staying with me on temporary basis. She does have a cat that stays within her room at all times.
