Roommate wanted

Description

I’m looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom townhome. NO smoking or drugs (marijuana and mushrooms included). Able to pass a background check and employed. Clean and respectful. Mentally stable. I’m in my 30s, work in local government, and have a certified therapy dog (golden doodle). I enjoy hiking, camping, going to the gym, walking my dog, spending time with friends, concerts/musicals, and cooking. There is a large shared yard close to the front door, a close fenced in parking space, and garage and other closet storage space.
