Arcadia grad student

Hi! I’m Isabella, 25, and I’m currently in the MPH/PA dual-degree program at Arcadia University. I’m looking for a female roommate to move with me around late September. I’m very interested in Brookview Apartments in Elkins Park, which is only a short drive from Arcadia. I have not signed a lease yet, so I’m looking for someone who would want to tour/look at a 2-bedroom together before committing. The apartments have in-unit washer/dryer, AC, parking, a private balcony/patio, dishwasher, pool, and fitness center. A 2-bedroom is around $1,875 total, so rent would be approximately $940 each before utilities. I’m very clean, organized, respectful, and friendly. I’ll be busy with graduate school, but I’d love to have a roommate I can actually be comfortable and friendly with rather than feeling like strangers living together.
