Hi, my name is Victoria. I am a 56-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Spring in a quiet, gated community. Access to pool with gate code and subdivision gym. HEB and Kroger less than a mile away. Townhome is 2 stories and you will have the downstairs bedroom and full bath. I do work from home so would need quiet during the day from 8-6pm. No overnights unless family and must be discussed. Parking in driveway and some storage room in garage. Not alot. The monthly rent is $700, and the room is available on August 23. I do have a large Siamese cat so no additional pets please. Home is interior decorated by professional and Iove to garden so I often work on the back patio, or you will find me at the pool or with friends on the weekends. I look forward to meeting you!
