Hey everyone! I’m a student looking for someone to take over my lease for my room at Vue Tampa South. Base rent is $744.00 with utilities at a fixed rate of $60. Utilities include water, electricity, wifi, and trash disposal. It is a yearly lease from August 1st 2026 - July 1st 2027
The first month of rent has been paid and I will reimburse you for the second month and the application fee. It is a single bedroom/bathroom space in a 4x4 layout male unit. You get your own private bedroom and attached private bathroom. A partially furnished room (bed, desk, chair, dresser). In-unit washer/dryer. Full kitchen and living room shared with 3 roommates. You have access to the community center which includes 24-hour gym, pool, computer lab, and study rooms
The roommates are three guys who are quiet and friendly. Located 8 mins from USF. There’s a shuttle bus that comes early in the morning and in 1 hour/ 30 minutes. Makes it super easy to commute to campus. Everything goes through Vue Tampa's leasing office so it is a full contract transfer. Reach out for more information.
