Emergency! Need to Move in at September 1st If any furnished room is available near to UES. Please DM me ASAP. Ideally a rent duration is 2-3 months, but it is possible to sign a lease for a longer period. So Sublease and Lease is all welcomed. My budget is $1300-$1500.
