Hi ladies! I’m looking for a female to take over my part of a lease agreement until April. I have two other female roommates, one which has a cat. The room is currently move in ready for $631/month and roughly $70 for utilities monthly! The townhome is a 3 story building. The room is on the third floor. The third floor also has the other roommate’s room whom you’ll be sharing the bathroom with. The second floor has the master bedroom and bathroom, another half bath, and the kitchen. The first floor is the living room, a storage closet and access to the garage. There is a washer and dryer in unit, street parking available and a community pool. The month of September is free and your application fees will be covered. 2 months of your official paystubs will be needed to apply to the rental management company.
