Seeking 4 new roommates!

Available September 1st! Looking for four new (preferably queer or femme) respectful roommates to join us in our 6 bed, 2 bath home in the Ravenna/Wedgwood area! We’re a stone’s throw away from UW/University Station/U Village and have great access to public transportation. We have a small front yard, and have easy access to the Burke-Gilman trail and plenty of sidewalks. Current tenants are Shay (myself, 29, queer cis fem, she/her), Jade (25, transfem, she/her), and Jade’s friendly but anxious cat, Simon. More pets are welcome and one of the available rooms has a window bay that would make a great base for a catio! We have a large attic bedroom, one ground-floor bedroom, and two basement bedrooms available for move-in at the end of the month. Rent for the whole house is currently $5890/month with a flat rate of $525/month for utilities. Housemates are 420 friendly but we do not smoke inside the house. The house has lots of beautiful natural light, and you’d have your pick between carpet or hardwood floors depending on which room you’d like! The house has a ton of storage spots such as our laundry room and plenty of closets in the rooms and common areas, so even with occupants there’s more than enough room for whatever you need stored.
