We live in a lovely brand new home in a new housing development just 2 miles to local grocery stores, various eateries, gas station, entertainment, and the 215 freeway in Perris, Ca (South Perris/Sun City very near Menifee). WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The rent includes basic utilities, nearby parking, AC, laundry, use of kitchen and patio area.
