Lease takeover

Description

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a Cambridge apartment starting 9/1, with the possibility of an earlier move-in. The apartment is in a great location, and the roommates have been great. An opportunity came up for me to move in with friends, which also works better for my commute to school and work. The current roommates are three male young professionals who are respectful, clean, and mostly keep to themselves. The new tenant would need to be approved by the current roommates and property management. Up to two cats may be allowed with approval. Please reach out if you’re interested or have any questions!
