Hello, looking for a roomate to renew my apartment lease in October. My current roomate is moving out of state. It's a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the oak ridge area. Rent is about $770 each (around $1540) including water and internet. There’s still 2 months left on the lease but my current roomate already moved out of state so it can be an immediate move in or you can wait to renew it with me in October.
