Lease takeover

Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at flats on the row. It’s a shared 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment, you will have your own bedroom but the bathroom is shared and living room, kitchen are shared too. Rent is 712+ electricity. It is located in a good spot of Newport, having Kroger, Newport on the levee and restaurants and bars walking distance. Roomate is a hard worker so sometimes she will just come and sleep, she’s nice and friendly. You will have to apply through the leasing office with an application fee of $50
