Me and my roommate are looking to sublease our apartment at Rise. It’s on 435 S Linn St. 2 blocks off campus and downtown Iowa City. It comes with all amenities (free laundry!!), study rooms, jumboscreen, pool, sauna, and workout room. Our apartment is a two bedroom and two bathroom. It’s 1089 per person Comes with in unit laundry, tv, and is fully furnished. Just need bedding, kitchen supplies, and personal items. The apartment is also very to the garbage shoot.
