Looking to rent one of my extra rooms. $950. Everything included. Parking pass, pool/jacizzi/sauna/gym pass included. I am renting the room with shared bathroom into the hallway, yet private to you. Condo is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom. Small living room/kitchen. I'm an ESE teacher at the local high-school and run my at home wellness practice at the condo. This consists of me being at work from 7am-3pm then going home and seeing clients acouple of times a week. Roommate #1, Male 40s leaves the house Monday-Friday from 5am-4pm. He also participates in many softball leagues so he's in and out a lot. He has a girlfriend that visits with her kids. They stay to themselves and in the room. Sweet humans. Looking for someone open to unconventional living, someone comfortable with being in a home that has people flowing in and out throughout the week. Has stable job, busy life and will maintain their space clean and the common areas too! Room has a very comfortable full-size bed if you would like to use.
