Description

Private furnished carpet room with a large window, with private bathroom and a closet. There's a queen size bed, a nightstand, a desk and a chair. It's on the first floor. Living room, dining room, kitchen, half guest bathroom and a small balcony are on the second floor. 2 more rooms and laundry room are on the third floor where we stay. Central air. There's an extra fridge for you to use in the hallway which is right next to your room. Parking is street parking which there're plenty in the community. This condo is newly built in 2023 located in Valencia FivePoint community next to Flag Magic Mountain. The community has few amenities including 3 pools, spa, community lounge, garden, parks which are all in walking distance. I live with my parents and my baby girl on the 3rd floor. I work at home from Monday to Friday. My baby goes to daycare from Monday to Friday. My parents stay home taking care of my baby. For ONE person only. No pets allowed, no drugs, no smoking onsite, no party after 9pm, no overnight guest. Light cooking preferred. All utilities included in the rent. at least 6 month preferred. 1 month rent deposit. Credit will be checked upon application.
